TechDraw batch cf018a74c4f37f3b93dd6fd7
Reused the existing TechDraw desktop dispatcher, native image implementation, Worker routes and business acceptance contract. The workbench now uses an explicit TechDraw payload documentId as the routing document for creation, recompute and save/reopen. Previously it always supplied the selected document as the routing document, even when the payload named another document.
The existing browser case now creates its drawing with an explicit documentId from the initial workbench selection and checks the returned native document.
Build, synchronization and business acceptance are deferred to the outer pipeline. The supplied failure contains only exitCode 1, without an underlying exception; this change is not claimed to resolve that failure. Image decoding, ownership, document isolation and current-document native save/reopen remain subject to the existing selected business cases. No failure keys or issue IDs are closed by this implementation note.
The business runner now retains captured child stdout and stderr in failed results. Compiler errors and browser assertion diagnostics previously held in execFileSync buffers can therefore reach the outer pipeline report. This is diagnostic propagation only; it does not change assertions or failure status.
