Native Gap Execution Checkpoint

The requested scope is the original 488 unresolved records. Its immutable snapshot is native-layer-gap-baseline-20260912.json. The current generated native-layer-gap-inventory.json/.md tracks that baseline without dropping IDs when another scheduler turn registers them. No business requirement is removed.

This checkpoint does not claim that all 488 source semantics were reviewed. At generation, seven baseline IDs were currently registered (including concurrent scheduler changes), five had current retained source decisions, and 483 still required source-level attribution. These counters measure different things.

Five TechDraw registration-marker rejections were inspected against local desktop and bridge sources. CustomizeFormat has native FormatSpec/Text editing, transactions and task actions; changing its concatenated dispatch name to the literal desktop name removed the discovery failure. The native target built in 59.343 seconds and its formal pipeline recorded one implementation_ready receipt. No automated tests, browser validation or acceptance were run.

ExportPageSVG, PrintAll and DecorateLine have active partial/not_implemented branches. They need actual page composition, printing and line-formatting integration, not success markers. ThreadsGroup delegates to four native child commands and needs its delegation/renderer handoff handled without masking child errors. The precise findings and next implementation actions are in native-semantic-decisions.json.

The module implementation packet now includes these findings with source fingerprints. Raw and compacted model prompts retain them. If their source snapshot still matches, continue the recorded implementation action rather than repeating the review. If sources changed, revisit only affected branches.

Continue implementation by module/shared native owner: close genuine registration handoffs first; reuse existing helper code; implement missing user behavior where the active branch is partial; link/package real dependencies where the policy blocks runtime ownership. User validation remains deferred, and source decisions or routing metadata must not be presented as proof of runtime correctness.
