Measure create/recompute build boundary

The reported compile errors in MeasureKernelProbe.cpp used Volume() and CenterOfMass on Part::PropertyPartShape. The adapter now obtains its native shape through getValue().getShape() and uses OCCT BRepGProp::VolumeProperties and GProp_GProps for volume and center of mass after document recompute. No fixed geometry results or success markers were added. The selected native detached-distance creation/recompute handler remains unchanged.

Build, artifact sync, and business acceptance remain pending with the outer pipeline. Rebuild FreeCADWebMeasureKernelProbe in freecad-source/build-web/configure, then use the existing docs/business-acceptance/Measure.json contract for the selected ID. This edit record is not build evidence or business acceptance. Any later compiler or runtime errors remain unresolved until that pipeline executes.
