The workbench shell now forwards Material adapter arguments to the desktop dispatcher, including the resolved document ID and the library editor's cleared object selection. Native command registration remains connected to materialDesktopWorkflow.
Appearance inspection retains available material-definition data but reports
restricted / view_provider_unavailable: the Material kernel cannot inspect the
GUI ViewProvider or per-face display overrides. This is not full desktop
appearance inspection.
External migration retains the native MaterialManager and ModelManager migration and validation calls under BUILD_MATERIAL_EXTERNAL. Builds without that support return external_material_unavailable; an external manager connection remains a required boundary.
Material editing exports native FCMat data and persists it through the existing browser OPFS path. Reloading those saved files into the native material library is not established by these edits.
No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, builds, sync, or route receipt generation were performed. The outer pipeline owns incremental build, sync, and route receipts; users validate behavior during use.
