Draft Selected Workflow Boundaries

Batch 5e47643f4e8127ffbdb6cc0e

Added explicit native dispatch and registration for Rotate, Scale, and SelectGroup. Scale calls the desktop Draft scale function with object selection, center, scale factors, copy and clone settings. Rotate rejects a zero axis. Both transformations use the existing transaction and recompute owner. Mounted transform controls call the module adapter through the existing shell execution path; the adapter forwards native failures and document selection.

Remaining implementation: SelectPlane, SetStyle, Shape2DView, and ShapeString, plus Slope. Their command contracts could not be fully recovered before the scheduler blocked further source reads. No implementation markers were added for these five commands. Rotate and Scale subelement mode still needs extended native selection support and currently reports an explicit error. Selection response serialization and scale return behavior require further source confirmation; no full parity or business completion is claimed.

No tests, builds, browser validation, acceptance, benchmarks, sync, or route receipt generation were performed. The outer pipeline owns incremental build/sync/route receipts.

Batch: ac4c1028ee97e3fae6eee950.

Seven missing commands now have explicit native dispatch to persistent document operations and mounted workflow inputs. Move retains returned object selection, arrays have separate orthogonal/polar calls, and mutations open transactions with recompute failure propagation. Existing Hyperlink extraction and host integration are retained.

Remaining boundaries: scheduler source-budget rejection prevented reading the selected desktop command bodies and adjacent host hyperlink handling. Array factory signatures, offset result semantics, construction-mode styling for these creation commands, and opening local document hyperlinks still require source confirmation and completion where needed. Interactive pointer tracking is not added by this batch; coordinates use the mounted numeric inputs.

No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, builds, sync, or route receipt generation were run. Outer pipeline owns build/sync/route receipts. This note does not claim business acceptance or complete desktop parity.
