Scale now has a command-specific native dispatch branch. It calls the existing executeDraftGroupCommand handler with the supplied arguments and reports exposed only when that handler succeeds. Native failure remains restricted with its error message. The existing Web adapter and selection propagation remain connected.
This fixes the reported Scale registration shape; it does not establish complete Scale workflow coverage. Subelement scaling remains unresolved from the supplied packet and desktop selection semantics.
SelectPlane, SetStyle, Trimex, Upgrade, WireToBSpline, and WorkingPlaneProxy remain unfinished. Further source reads were rejected with SCHEDULER_SOURCE_BUDGET_REACHED, including the supplied Upgrade and WireToBSpline anchors and DraftDesktopCommands.h. No behavior was inferred or replaced with fixed results for these commands.
No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, builds, sync, route checks, or historical reconciliation were run. The outer pipeline owns incremental build, sync, and route receipts; these are not business acceptance.
