Draft mixed batch boundaries

Edits completed:
- Draft_Shape2DView and Draft_Slope now have command-specific dispatch branches. They report exposed only after executeDraftGroupCommand succeeds; errors retain restricted status and the native error message.
- Shape2DView retains the existing Draft make_shape2dview calls, selected-face handling, persistent document transaction, and recompute checks.
- Slope rejects selections containing no Draft wire with at least two points instead of committing an empty operation as success.
Remaining work:
- Draft_ShapeString, Draft_Stretch, Draft_SubelementHighlight, Draft_Text, and Draft_ToggleGrid still require desktop-source inspection and native/Web integration. No implementation markers were added for them.
- Shape2DView and Slope application controls, active-view direction forwarding, and selection integration have not been established by this edit. Do not interpret dispatch registration as completed business acceptance.
- Desktop slope semantics still require comparison with gui_lineslope.py:76; the existing point-update algorithm was retained.
The scheduler refused source reads at gui_shapestrings.py:69, gui_lineslope.py:76, gui_stretch.py:71, gui_subelements.py:72, gui_texts.py:67, and gui_grid.py:74 with SCHEDULER_SOURCE_BUDGET_REACHED. Continue at those supplied anchors and the application anchors in the batch packet.
No tests, builds, sync, browser validation, benchmarks, or historical reconciliation were performed. The outer pipeline owns incremental build, sync, and route receipts; those receipts do not establish business acceptance.
