BIM windows and delivery-priority repair

Business implementation

BIM_Windows now has a mounted manager for actual native doors/windows. It supports grouping by size, clone source, tag and material, single/multiple selection, label/description/tag editing, native unit-aware width/height editing, material assignment and clearing, and double-click focus on the selected native display mesh.

The existing bimWindowsCommand remains authoritative for mutation and transactions. Added native role, clone and material-label fields needed by the desktop grouping workflow, and a matching result contract. Mutation FCStd snapshots continue through the existing OPFS path. Read-only refresh no longer serializes a full FCStd copy. Display grouping uses one traversal rather than repeatedly copying growing groups. The old generic panel is excluded for this command to avoid two conflicting editors.

Sources reused: src/Mod/BIM/bimcommands/BimWindows.py, BIMDesktopCommands.h, BimRuntimeProbe.cpp, the existing BIM facade/worker and ImportRenderBridge. Three.js only focuses/renders native mesh output; no alternative geometry algorithm was introduced.

Causes of wasted rounds

1. Std_Open pointed to a documentation example in src/Gui/Command.cpp, not its actual implementation in src/Gui/CommandDoc.cpp. C++ registration discovery now ignores comments/raw-string examples; capability generation prefers an existing executable registration anchor. The current anchor is CommandDoc.cpp:82. All 1452 records remain, and Std_Open stays pending until implemented.
2. delivery_route() excluded every desktop command, including opening/saving/importing/exporting documents. Core document commands now enter the delivery-priority lane. Existing implementation receipts still prevent redoing completed commands. The planner now selects Std_Open in P1-connect-delivery-workflows.

Scheduler revision: implementation-only-document-delivery-first-v29. These corrections do not prove all remaining business or runtime issues are solved.

Build receipt

BIM native compilation/linking succeeded. Final frontend build succeeded in 1.45 seconds (initial build 2.80 seconds). No automated business/browser/regression tests were run.

bim-windows-pipeline-20260915.json: implementation_ready, 13.501 seconds total. Steps: module registry 0.117 s, capability registry 9.007 s, link preflight 0.045 s, already-built target handoff 0.230 s, asset sync 2.978 s, completion bookkeeping 1.124 s. The handoff time is not the earlier native compilation duration.

Snapshot: 1431/1452 registered routes, 21 pending. This is not business acceptance or whole-project completion. The corrected source anchor and priority assignment are not counted as new implementations.
