The supplied packet includes executable registry entries for BIM_TDView, BIM_Text, BIM_TogglePanels, and BIM_Trash in BIMDesktopCommandRegistry.h. The inspected runtime routes Document entries through the document workflow and identifies these four commands as selected document helpers. No registration markers were added to satisfy the packet's static registration finding.
This edit corrects BIM_Text routing in BIMDesktopCommands.h: only an explicit activePage selects annotation creation. A page in the object selection alone must not redirect text from the 3D view. This follows BimText.py Activated, which chooses the text workflow from the active view. Existing Draft.make_text and TechDraw annotation construction remain the executable implementations.
Remaining boundaries for this batch:
- Active-page state propagation from the mounted Web view and drawing display are not established by the inspected source windows.
- TogglePanels and Trash behavior was not re-inspected in this edit; existing registration entries alone do not establish workflow completeness.
- The reported static registration gaps remain unresolved; their presence contradicts the registry excerpts and must not be treated as proof that native command implementations are absent.
No tests, browser validation, acceptance, benchmarks, builds, sync, or route receipts were run. Incremental build, sync, and route receipts belong to the outer pipeline. This batch is not marked complete.
