BIM registration batch closure

The registry now routes the remaining eleven BIM desktop entries that already had native dispatcher implementations: BIM_Report, BIM_ResetCloneColors, BIM_Setup, BIM_TDPage, BIM_Tutorial, BIM_Unclone, BIM_Ungroup, BIM_Views, BIM_Welcome, BIM_Windows, and IFC_UpdateIOS.

No placeholder geometry or duplicate display algorithm was introduced. Existing FreeCAD/BIM runtime code remains authoritative; OCCT WASM remains the sole geometry kernel and Three.js is display-only. Validation remains deferred.
