Implemented BIM_MoveView native read/apply behavior in BIMDesktopCommands.h. Read returns actual document pages and selected views. Apply resolves the destination by object name, removes selected views from their existing pages, adds them to the destination, and preserves X/Y using the desktop recompute order. Mutations use a document transaction. The existing mounted shell passes prepared BIM arguments; the BIM adapter defaults to apply when a page is supplied without an explicit action.
The registry already has executable entries for all eight selected command names. No registration markers were added. Static missing-registration reports are not evidence that these entries are absent, nor evidence that their workflows are complete.
Remaining boundaries: BIM_ImagePlane, BIM_Layers, BIM_Leader, and BIM_LinkMake need further source-based completeness inspection. BIM_Library, BIM_Offset2D, and BIM_Preflight currently call GUI Activated methods in their registered scripts; their headless business workflows remain unresolved. MoveView's dedicated page-picker UI remains unimplemented; page and action are available through the existing command payload editor. This batch is incomplete.
No tests, business acceptance, browser validation, benchmarks, builds, sync, or route receipts were run. Build/sync/route receipts belong to the outer pipeline. The four supplemental source windows were consumed by the native scripts, desktop MoveView behavior, registry, and BIM argument preparation.
